RTU MIREA1 image transmissions

RTU MIREA1 has resumed image transmissions. The attached image is the one I received during pass #13680418.

Switched on too late, got only this (black) image.

Recently got few pictures from RTU MIREA-1 - most of them are black screens. Also TUSUR-GO transmitted images during last few hours.
