RTL-SDR V4 vs V3

I’m about to add an additional site or two, any benefit to the V4 version RTL-SDR vs the V3 version? My site will be focused on 2m and 70cm bands. I also see there were some client/ diver issues with the V4 version a while back have those been worked out is it a simple install now? Or will I find myself compiling new drivers etc.

for rx, v4 is better. the latest version of satnogs driver for rtl-sdr is working perfectly
