RS81S, RS82S, MTUSI-1 - how to decode?

I’ve received transmissions from RS81S (Hors 3), RS82S (Hors 4) and MTUSI-1.
From the bandwidth perspective it looks like 38k4.
Decoding as regular FSK with and without G3RUH didn’t brought up anything useful.

Does anybody know more about the used line code, modulation, scrambling, syn word, channel coding and protocol?

No, I tried to get more information also with some help, but no information that leads to a successful decode.

I have schedule some obs and I will share the IQ files when these are saved.

I have a MTUSI-1 obs but not that strong, so I will check other observations to see of we can share better one.
