I can not figure out what I did wrong, the distance from motor to worm should be 58mm but for me is around 52mm.

I used 20 and 36 tooth pulleys and 86T/172mm belt

For my rotator v3.1 the BOM specified " Timing Belt GT2, Wide 6mm,Length 158mm, Teeth 79 "
Maybe the belt is too long.
