I have installed satnogs-client via docker on my RPi3 (not the satnogs OS) and I can see that a scheduled pass queries the rotator for position, but it doesn’t send a set command. I have attached my config screenshot from my docker manager. Do I need something else for the client to control my rotator?

The latest version of the client doesn’t support rotators yet, we are working on this.
Hopefully by the end of the month we will have a version that will support it, you can track any updates in Add support for accessing serial ports inside Hamlib containers (#146) · Issues · librespacefoundation / SatNOGS / satnogs-ansible · GitLab.
Until then if you want to experiment you can try the legacy setup, you can find more details in Raspberry Pi Legacy - SatNOGS Wiki
