In general and until we have a satellite suggestion feature in SatNOGS DB, you need to open an issue in https://gitlab.com/librespacefoundation/satnogs-ops/-/issues.
For this specific satellite, it is already in DB, it was added a couple of days ago. However I have added its transmitter with the type transceiver instead of transponder and that wasn’t correct. I’ll fix that soon.
For adding transmitters or changes to transmitter, you can suggest them directly in SatNOGS DB, when you are logged in and in the satellite page.
