I’d like to recommend Juno: New Origins as well to everyone interested in rocket science and especially rocket propulsion engineering.
It’s a realistic simulator that lets you design custom engines and more, all while learning real principles of propulsion and orbital mechanics.
It’s a superb tool for aspiring propulsion engineers like me!
