Hi I am a beginner of this area. I noticed that the SatNOGS provided full source codes and hardware. I want to make some test on the on-board software, which means I want to build a “satellite” with just simply the SatNOGS module, then I use SDR to communiate with the “satellite”. Could i make it only using those gitlab-repo project ??
I know those questions may be a little bit silly, but the project seems to huge to me. And I am trying to learn those background knowledge through the wiki

Are you referring to SatNOGS at SatNOGS · GitLab the open-source satellite ground-station network or to SatNOGS-COMMS SatNOGS COMMS · GitLab the open-source cubesat communication module?
These two are two distinct projects and while complementary to one another they are stand-alone.
Oh, sorry for the confusion. I was just exploring the SatNOGS COMMS · GitLab. Then I want to build the telecommunication module in my house, “simulating” the satellite. And using SDRs to communicate with it
