Observation #5721208 – the start time is 13:12 and the end time is 4 hrs later 17:08

Note that Phase-3B / OSCAR-10 is not in LEO but in a Molniya orbit, thus around apogee you can get very long passes.

That said, there should probably be a maximum observation duration enforced during scheduling, so I created satnogs-network#840 to track this issue.
