This may not be too useful but in case anyone was looking for a cheap supplier of PCB’s then I can recommend Dirty PCB’s. I’ve used them for other things and the boards are just right for this kind of thing.
Minimum order is 10. Group buy?

I have used DirtyPCBs for a handful of prototypes, but now i turn to Seeed Fusion for PCB manufacturing because they are cheaper than DirtyPCB 
And their service is great, on one occasion I had made a mistake (top layer was somehow empty) they contacted me asking if this was intentional or not.
