As part of the FUNcube project, we decided right from the outset that we should make our data warehouse open source.
It is available to view at:

The pic win will be in linking systems up such that observations from SatNOGS could be auto-submitted to the FUNcube store, with proper attribution to the observing station owner.
The warehouse accepts inputs from individuals. If you were to connect using a satnogs agregation server we would have to agree on some method of authentication / proxying.
