Looks like FOX-1A to me! A little bit off-frequency, but I can hear a few callsigns in the audio beginning around 7 min in.

Fox-1A is sick, and occasionally the transponder will turn on without the DUV, so you won’t see the characteristic dual DUV traces. This is definately Fox-1A.
