Hello everybody! How can I decode this signal? NOAA 9 has FM encoding system. I guess that it is an image but I don’t know how to obtain that image.
Just to let you know NOAA 9 is a dead NOAA weather satellite. It just so happens that for some reason it still turns on some carriers when in sun light. Which we are able to receive.
