Regarding Observation 9808940 …

Many thanks for the excellent observation. While the signal is weak, it looks clean and decodes easily. I reprocessed the file and decoded all of the packets. You decoded 7 live and I decoded 3 more by hand.

We observed this pass with two polarizations. 9808940 was vertical polarization, SatNOGS Network - Observation 9808937 was horizontal polarization. I don’t think there is much more to decode in the horizontal polarization though, the signal is probably bright enough in either one.

By the way, IQ data for both observations is at SatNOGS IQ data.

Ok, great. I got all the packets from the Ogg file so don’t need the IQ.
