Is that signal coming from the ISS or Soyuz MS-14( Recording time was when the Soyuz capsule did it’s fly around the ISS)?
It appears to me that the signal on the left is paralleling the “terrestrial noise streaks”, so I think this is likely a terrestrial signal.
