Unfortunately this is not voice from ISS spacewalk but a terrestrial signal. Below in the image produced by ikhnos you can see that the expected signal should be in a straight line (following the red line in the diagram), while the signal looks that it follows the purple line that is how a terrestrial signal would be doppler-corrected by the satnogs-client:

I see it’s at 121.1Mhz and the signal sounds somewhat AM. I guess it just so happened to pickup the local airport. Space suit coms would have been way cooler though. Oh well…
