Observation 8996528: HADES-D (58567) - Data Teletype Vs. CW

Regarding Observation 8996528 …

Good observation in that it’s clearly the satellite HADES-D, but not the emission expected. What I hear is not CW, or it’s CW at 100+ WPM, which I find unlikely. It sounds more like a data mode of some type, RTTY or ASCII. My question is, do I count this is a “good” or “failed” observation?

if it comes from the satellite in question I’d say it’s a observation with signal, so yes in this case.
