The audio is noisy and does not sound like a SSTV PD120 transmission.
Rated it as bad.
There is definitely a large amount of local noise in that observation. However, I can still make out the SSTV transmission in the waterfall plot (around 200 seconds).
The main purpose of observation vetting is to confirm that the transmitter is active - the received signal does not necessarily have to be decodeable - just present.
As such, I’ve re-vetted the observation to ‘Good’.

OK thank Mark. Just started this satNOGS station yesterday with a 1/4 wave vertical on 137MHz. I have a long wire that I am trying with today. Plan to build a turnstile eventually.
