I have noticed that you have successfully decoded some data, however, I am unable to see anything in the spectrogram. Could you please provide information on the type of modulation used by this device?

This is a classic case of a noise frame, it is a false positive that is produced by the gnuradio flowgraph. As you noticed there isn’t any signal in waterfall and the data don’t make any sense, so I vet the waterfall as without signal.
