The CW seems to be distorted, but eventually appears to settle out into true CW. Is this what others are seeing?
Never mind, I see SV5QNF and others seeing the same thing. The question remains, what is happening? Is this a loss of battery and the electronics only getting powered by direct sunlight and taking time for the PLL to stabilize?
Interesting this never received an answer. Is there a post somewhere on this issue I’ve missed?
