Regarding Observation 7890728 … Why BAD Signal is clear to hear?
A signal from Maya-5 would appear as a straight vertical line in an observation. All those other signals are from other satellites or local noise.

And 145.825 is in Europe the APRS frequency, looking at the data, this is ISS APRS data.
