It’s first time I saw decoded image from Meteor M2-3. Good job
I plan to decode this new satellite.
What did you use ? Same METEOR M2 satnogs decoder ?

Meteor M2-3 cannot be decoded in the same way as M2. The modulation is different.

yes, it is OQPSK (and not QPSK)
