The object heard by this station was DMSP 5D-3 F17 [29522, 2006-050A]. Object Q was very low in the north of this pass and DMSP F17 went right over at the same time. DMSP use 2207.5, 2222.5, 2237.5, 2252.5 and 2262.5MHz for various modes. On 2237.5MHz they have sub carriers +/- 1.024MHz. The positive sub carrier was the signal heard here.
