Observation 7472815: BDSAT-2 (55098)

Regarding Observation 7472815
Starting from yesterday morning passes, new TLE are bad for BDSAT-2, older TLE works ok, we tested it against doppler on the sat. Therefore ALL observations in Satnogs from yesterday and today are offseted in time, doppler correction does not work and minimum frames are decoded.

Nice finding @ok2pnq!

I can confirm with ikhnos that indeed the previous TLE is much better fit than the current TLE:

Previous TLE with epoch 23115.14254172

Current TLE with epoch 23116.13168551

I’m going to propagate and use the previous TLE for now in DB and Network.
