I would like to ask Mike and everyone, is there a frequency shift in this signal from TLE, or is it a problem with Mike’s system timeline? I have not found this deviation in other observation stations.
Currently, the NUTSat scroll speed is increasing due to tumbling, which may lead to an acceleration of the fall. Therefore, the current telemetry is becoming very important in the next month.
The NUTSat team has received a lot of data for analysis, which is also the main goal of the mission.

This looks like a missing or wrong ppm correction.
Other obs have a similar deviation.
