As we are not far from each other, I would expect similar or better reception results for common passes, in particular as you have a directional antenna on rotator.
My assessment of your waterfalls concluded that you have probably AGC on and too much gain. Try AGC off and 25 dB of combined gain setting. Schedule common passes to compare. I am able to decode frames on 50% of the passes.
