Regarding Observation 6011968 … am I right, that this one has satellite signal at about 60-70 seconds into the obs at +10kHz?
It looks too off given that other good observations of this satellite shows the signal on the right frequency without offset. So, I would say 99% this isn’t a signal from the satellite.
