Picture decoding of NOAA Wx pictures
The audio signal delivered-back from the server has only a limited bandwidth, similar to the waterfall display of +/- 20 KHz - it should rather be +/- 50 KHz. Is appears insufficient to locally decode for a picture with WxtoImg after converting the down-loaded .ogg file format into .wav format with 48 kS at 320 kbps.
Has somebody a suggestion?
