Observation 5369437: OPS-SAT (44878)

Regarding Observation 5369437
I observe frequently, in the middle of the pass, here at 140 seconds into the recording, a second signal burst similar to the burst received directly thereafter from the satellite. As I have the OPSSAT Mission Control Center not far away from my location (3 km) I assume that this is an up-link transmission from the ground station DP0ESA to the OPSSAT satellite DP0OPS. The data from this burst was not decoded as visible on the call signs of the AX.25 frames. Any opinion?

A good suggestion and would need further investigation.

WI will try to inquire locally with the operators.
