I’ve never seen this behavior before, and am unsure how to characterize it (or what the cause might be). It looks like there’s bands of energy received over the course of the pass that are of fairly high power, but also over a very broad part of the frequency. What’s going on here?
It seems to me that it’s terrestrial transient/noise. I would characterize it as “Without signal”.
