Has this sat changed modulation or is it broken?

Looks to be no transmission from METEOR M-2, and you’re seeing one of the NOAA sat’s that are on the same frequency getting in the way 
There is something weird going on. One of the last observations with a picture was: SatNOGS Network - Observation 4729496
It shows a weird picture:
This sat has had more problems in the past. This fits its reputation.
yes, it does not “smell” right.

I think it switched on during this observation: SatNOGS Network - Observation 4761235 There is a big signal jump at 550seconds. And the image only shows the last part of the trajectory.
On the next orbit it was seen by 2 other stations. Hope it stays active now!
