Regarding Observation 4670528 …

The operators of NO-84 may be interested in this observation.

I was checking my station’s (1936 - VK4JBE - UHF) passes for today (2001-09-01 UTC) and noticed this very odd behavior on NO-84 PSK31. The signal started ok then extended for longer than normal and the frequency was all over the place.

I checked a few other stations observations of NO-84 before and one since and they look fine so I hope it is just a one off.

It is mainly a FYI. I will keep a watchful eye on NO-84…no signals on today pass.
