Regarding Observation 4346802 what is the drift parameter?
Is it related to the transmitter frequency or to some drift from the original orbit?

It is a value set in db.satnogs.org when a satellites is not on its original frequency.

Is that drift information put into db by hand relying on some ticket/request from anyone observing the drift on the waterfalls?

Yes, this is a manual operation.

And some satellites where the LO is, lets say not so good, even reoccurring action.
