Regarding Observation 4242868 why this data is not decoded? Is it due to low SNR? I am wondering if I need to increase RTL-SDR gain even more to get this decoded (if raised noise floor won’t break everything).

Thanks for hints on how to verify what is the cause of not decoding the data that is visible on the waterfall.

Out of the 936 observations on this Satellite signal at a 34.12% success rate very few have anything decoded. The signal presented in your waterfall seems to be clear and acceptable compared to the others. You’re doing well with the gain it seems.
