Observation 4177192: STECCO (47962)

Regarding Observation 4177192 the signal observed in the final phase of the pass (after about 550s) seems to be very similar to that sent by STECCO (for reference: https://network.satnogs.org/observations/3832599/), however the doppler seems to be wrong.
A similar signal (again with wrong doppler) was observed yesterday (https://network.satnogs.org/observations/4176586/).
Are there any hypotheses about these signals?
Thanks in advance for any support!

The last I heard about STECCO is that it has power problem and the LO is unstable, this can explain the behavior you are experiencing.

The signal seems to drift a lot for being STECCO, however with a quick look doesn’t seem that could be another satellite from the known ones. However I want to run some more calculations to make 100% sure that this isn’t STECCO.

Thank you for your replies.
