Seems that CW frequency is not the correct one
Between 200s and 300s at the center there is a very very faint CW signal of STARS-EC cubesat B. The other strong CW signal is from STARS-EC cubesat A.
This is one satellite with 3 cubesats with some distance among them connected with a wire. For more info about it and its “elevator” experiment is available in the project site.
