Was this a missed opportunity to make a QSO with NS0ISS (yes, I know that’s a bogus callsign, but that’s what it sounds like… Maybe the second one is RS0ISS?)?

Call Signs in Use
The following call signs are available for use on the ISS:
Russian: RS0ISS
USA: NA1SS
European: DP0ISS, OR4ISS, IR0ISS
Packet Station Mailbox: RS0ISS-11 and RS0ISS-1
Other call signs may come into use as the station and crew change.
Last year I was responsible operator for school contact with ISS (ARISS program)
Astronaut Luca Parmitano used OR4ISS callsign.
