can you please explain to me how to get the HEX code from .wav (audio file )
I think there is a satnogs decoder that does this automatically, but I believe the stuff that is listed for this observation is just gibberish that was “decoded” from the noise.

I think satnogs just uses a generic gnuradio flowgraph:

Just to be accurate there are the SatNOGS GNU Radio Flowgraphs that are responsible in SatNOGS Client to demodulate (and depending on the mode in some cases to decode the data) frames and there are the SatNOGS Decoders that are responsible in SatNOGS DB to decode demodulated frames coming from SatNOGS Network and other 3rd party sources.
