I assume this is noise and not a legitimate signal?

I think there’s a packet from Lilacsat-1 at about 330 seconds, though the rest looks like noise. It also looks like your receiver is off-frequency a bit.

The transponder is lacking the baudrate parameter which is essential for the BPSK decoder script to determine the waterfall width. It wouldn’t decode if you suggest the proper baudrate on db, but it would show a bit more of the spectrum.
