bizarre signal - this is the USB audio noise reduced - does not sound like psk31 drifting.
I’ve observed this many times with NO-84, and posted a question to the AMSAT mailing list about it. A rep from U of Brno responded and said that this is a tell-tale sign of battery under voltage affecting the output of the PSK31 transponder. You will typically (if not always) see this only in eclipse conditions, which was the case for this observation.

Yep. Looks like no takers, though. It’s probably the hardest amateur satellite to work (non-typical frequency pair, SSB up, FM down, and two pieces of software running at the same time). I think I got one QSO on it…
