Why does the in-built DUV decoder did not decode the data in the audio?
Does the signal needs to be stronger? or is it because the signal is off frequency?
Any suggestions please!

Way too far off frequency.
Your station appears to be fairly off-frequency in general (seems to be low), so Iād suggest looking into why that is the case.
