Regarding Observation 2932509 …
Since this is my first observation ever, I am not sure if this is good or not. I have RP3B hooked up to a bladeRF x40. I am using a J-Pole antenna. Can someone help me interpret the waterfall graph please!

You have zero gain at your settings, which I can guarantee you that will give you nothing with your current setup. Fix your gain and try again 
Btw this waterfall is a typical “empty”/“no signal” WF, but in your case this is due to low gain.
