Seems suspiciously as local noise but still has periodic polarization fade and appears in multiple passes. Might be reflection. Maybe someone recognizes right away?
Given the doppler profile, and the fact we’ve seen nothing from TTU100 on any other station yet (I think?) i’d say this is another sat.
