There is a lot of decoded data but nothing in waterfall ? False positive? Or decoded data in the noise?

All decoded data is literally trash! No ax.25 header anywhere etc…

There are no any signal in waterfall even “birds”. I suggest that you to increase rtlsdr gain from 5dB up to at least 29.7dB
