It is clear in the waterfall that is seems to drift?

I don’t see any satellite signal (drifted or otherwise) in that observation. Can you describe where exactly the observed drift is?

There is some cw at the start of the signal at 0khz

Also,if you DO see CW, why did you vet as bad?

Oh, I was looking at ground station data, not that, maybe my sdr has malfunctioned
