Regarding Observation 2491092 …

The satellites with frequencies near 137.1e6 are: METEOR M2*, (and possibly NOAA* and TRANSIT 5B-5). However I do not see any of them flying above at the same time.
What could be the satellite leaving a trace near NOAA-19’s ?

That could be one of the ORBCOM satellites as they have a downlink near that freq.
