Regarding Observation 2324064 …

It looks to me like there are APRS packets there on the waterfall.
One set on frequency and another a few KHz higher.
I can’t hear any packet bursts in the audio.
There seems to be another satellite in there as well which may be de-sensing my receiver as the noise level in the audio changes.
Any comments please.

I would mark this as “good”. I think there is some good evidence of PSAT there. Not sure what those other packets are (if you are really interested you can check to see if other packet satellites were in the area). The strong continuous signal appears to be one of the Chinese linear transponder telemetry streams.
