Regarding Observation 1990519 … How do you rate something like this ? :wink:

I would rate it as bad.
In cases like this I take a look at other (decoded) passes of the satellite and see if your observation looks anything like other correct (good) passes… In this case it does not.
Now the fun really starts in trying to track down the source of the local noise.

I’m giving up on finding the local noise source. I’ve got so many neighbords that I wouldn’t be able to modify anything anyway…
