Is telemetry from two satellites showing up in this waterfall?
The signal at the end of the observation is 99.9% terrestrial. You can say as there wasn’t any other satellite that transmits that kind of signal visible during the observation and also other stations in the area at the same time didn’t catch anything similar, check their observations here.
