Observation 1823725: Meteor-M 2 - What sort of data was decoded?

For this Meteor-M 2 Observation, some data was produced, but it is no weather photo, so how comes that ? The observation is using the last satnogs-client.

@surligas is this a false positive or an actual decoding? any idea?

This is an issue. Meter should trigger the generic flowgraph that does not doing any kind of demodulation and decoding.
